Online Hypnobirthing Course

Service Description

Our hypnobirthing course takes between 8-10 hours. This is usually spread between 4 sessions however this can be altered depending on your needs. This course will be delivered through either Zoom or Teams. In the Online Sessions you will: • Be supported releasing your negativity and fear around labour and birth and replace it with confidence, calm and relaxation. • Learn about labour and birth and what to expect along the way. • The science of labour and birth and how hormones have a huge impact on this. • Coaching for your birth partner ensuring they have a toolkit of knowledge available to them to use and support you with throughout labour and birth. • Learn your rights and how to make effective, informed decisions with your birth partner, midwives and caregivers.
