1-2-1 Private Hypnobirthing Course

Service Description

Our hypnobirthing course takes between 8-10 hours. This is usually spread between 4 sessions however this can be altered depending on your needs. In the 1-2-1 private sessions you will: - Be supported releasing your negativity and fear around labour and birth and replace it with confidence, calm and relaxation. - Learn bout labour and birth and how hormones have a huge impact on this. - The science of labour and birth and how hormones have a huge impact on this. - Coaching for your birth partner ensuring they have a toolkit of knowledge available to them to use and support you throughout labour and birth. - Learn your rights and how to make effective, informed decisions with your birth partner, midwives and caregivers.
